or all of this process:
- Competency modeling. A competency model is developed
with you which represents an agreed upon “recipe” of the managerial
or leadership competencies most critical for success as a manager or leader
in your company. On the organizational side, an “ideal” culture
is designed with you.
- Assessment on the individual and/or organizational levels.
An assessment is done of your managers, leaders, or organization, resulting
in a profile which shows both strengths and areas of needed improvement,
so you know exactly where to focus your time and developmental budget.
- Individual and/or organizational development planning.
Individual development plans are written by the participants themselves
(with coaching) based on these results. On the organizational level, an
organizational development plan is written (also with coaching).
- Training and other developmental resources. Developmental
resources are provided based on the cumulative results of the assessments.
- Follow up and reinforcement. Ongoing follow-up and
feedback is provided to participants on progress of their development
plans. Re-assessment is conducted to measure and celebrate growth.
