Deborah’s expertise in organizational development, management and leadership development and Human Resources management is based on 19+ years in the financial services, leasing, insurance and telecommunications industries.
She has special expertise in training facilitation, coaching and management/leadership programs. A major accomplishment for Deborah was the design, delivery and management of a corporate-wide management associate program for KeyCorp, a $65 billion (assets) banking and financial services holding company. She was also the VP of Organizational Development for KeyCorp Leasing, a $1.2 billion dollar subsidiary of KeyCorp. Her latest tenure was as Corporate Learning & Development Director of a “start up” telecommunications company.
Deborah’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, College of St. Rose and completion of the Advanced Program in Organizational Development from Columbia University.
