MAP, the Managerial Assessment of Proficiency, is a competency-based, video-driven assessment for managers and supervisors. It was first researched and published by Dr. Scott Parry, a 1999 inductee into the HRD Hall of Fame, in 1986. After completing the MAP assessment, participants receive a results profile that measures their strengths and weaknesses in 12 critical management competencies and four style areas, normed against a database of more than 80,000 previous participants. Larry Brower, President of Saratoga Resource Group LLC, is one of the most experienced MAP facilitators in the country. |

MAP is now available on-line as well as in the traditional classroom format. It can be facilitated by a client company trainer, after an initial installation program done by us, or can be delivered by us altogether.
