Terry Charlton is an executive and team coach and corporate training consulting. She established her firm, One Source Solutions in 1996, following a 25 year corporate career, working mainly as a training professional for KPMG Peat Marwick, Citibank, Chase Manhattan, Chemical Bank and The Richardson Company. She has built and turned around training functions, designed and led major corporate change initiatives, taught numerous leadership and sales programs, and managed marketing and sales functions. She brings to her work a thorough grounding in the behavioral aspects of business combined with a strong results and bottom line orientation. Her work has resulted in significant contributions to profitability, productivity, service quality, and employee and customer satisfaction.
Throughout her corporate career, she was frequently sought after for coaching. Recognizing the powerful results and potential of working one on one with select individuals in the corporation, she launched her coaching practice in 1996.
Ms. Charlton coaches all levels, functions and across industries. She has particular strengths in financial services, including: investment management, investment banking, consumer and private banking.
Recently she has coached vice chairmen, managing directors, division and department heads, sales directors, and sales, product and technology professionals. She coaches sales/“deal” teams in preparing to give competitive proposal presentations. She has coached individuals within: JPMorgan Chase, IBM, Deloitte Touche, KPMG and Merrill Lynch.
As a coach, Ms. Charlton helps her clients: develop the mindset and skills
necessary to achieve and sustain peak performance; expand leadership capabilities,
