With over 20 years of professional experience in management, sales and human resources and 5 years in teaching and coaching, Larry Beeson’s background is one of developing people and serving organizations for improving performance and accomplishing results. He is President and founder of The Leaders Resource, which provides coaching and training in the areas of leadership development and performance management.
A graduate of Moorhead (MN) State University in mathematics and psychology,
his background includes experience with AT&T, Chrysler Corp. and Allstate
Insurance as well as the retail industry. An accomplished speaker and certified
facilitator, Larry has designed and delivered numerous presentations, seminars,
workshops and training programs in addition to leading consulting projects
and coaching individuals, groups and organizations for achieving success.
More specifically, Larry’s experience includes the utilization of
360 assessment and survey instruments to identify strengths and areas needing
improvement for organizations, groups and individuals. As a performance/development
coach, Larry facilitates the utilization of the results of the assessments
to guide the creation and implementation of plans to improve workplace performance
and develop the skills, knowledge, behaviors and practices that are essential
for success.
